On the last morning of our trip to LA, we rose early and headed for the Bulletproof Cafe in Santa Monica. Although we had been making our Bulletproof Coffee every morning at our rental, we wanted to experience the Cafe. Currently these are only 3 of these in the US; this one in Santa Monica, one in downtown LA, and one in Seattle. The staff were happy, friendly, and enthusiastic, and the coffee was… well, Bulletproof! We sat outside and watched the neighborhood come to life, happy were were able to include this on our trip. Bill has been having Bulletproof Coffee every morning for over 3 years now, a true convert! Next door to the cafe, is Bulletproof Labs.
