Our first stop on the Harry Bosch Food Tour is the Pacific Dining Car for lunch on Wilshire in Santa Monica, as we’ve been up since 4AM EDT, we’re hungry!
This spot oozes O L D school charm. With private booths, very hushed atmosphere, you half expect to see Humphrey Bogart to walk in! Love the plush booths, comfy and elegant. Raye and Bill opted for the Cobb Salad, Bill added grilled shrimp – and the shrimp was bountiful and tasty. The basic presentation of the salads, the appearance (jackets and ties!), and polite and attentive service of the staff was perfect for Throwback Thursday.
